1. When does the programme start?

The first block of the two year programme starts 28 September 2009.


2. When can I register?

You can register at present.


3. When is the deadline for registering?

Applicants are still able to register for individual teaching blocks. We would like to receive your application package as soon as possible.

4. What about accommodation during the two week blocks?

The universities giving the four blocks will reserve rooms for participants of the NSELP course. These rooms are highly recommended as prices are reasonable.


5. Who are the participants?

The participants will be people holding LLM wishing to specialise or further acquire knowledge of energy law and professionals working and having worked in the field of energy law.

8. How many students will participate in the North Sea Energy Law Programme?

No more than 15 participants will be allowed to enter the programme starting in September 2009 and ending in June 2011. 


9. Is it possible to follow separate blocks?

Although blocks are highly interconnected and the Admission Board advises those interested to follow the complete programme, there is a possibility to join separate blocks. 10. How much is the course fee?

The fee of the full porgramme is € 15.000 which includes four teaching blocks and supervision with the thesis. The fee for an individual teaching block is €5.000 and includes two weeks of intensive lecturing by academics and professionals from the field, reading material, internet access, access to the library of the university concerned, tea and coffee and most probably lunch.


11. When do participants receive a certificate?

Participants of the programme receive a certificate by the hosting institution after successfully completing the individual teaching blocks and one after the completion of the thesis in the end of the programme (only for participants following the full programme).
